A leading branding agency in Barcelona is seeking a Brand Graphic Executive. This individual will drive branding strategies and ensure visual consistency across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in branding or advertising and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. A collaborative mindset and attention to detail are crucial for this role, highlighting individual creativity while managing branding efforts for diverse clients.

Formación

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in branding, advertising or visual communication positions.
  • High level of Spanish and a good understanding of professional English.
  • Knowledge of event production processes.

Job Description

iad Spain is looking for a Brand Graphic Executive (he / she / they) for its headquarters in Barcelona.

You will be part of the Marketing and Communication team, reporting directly to the Marketing Department and working across the sales, paid media and external partners departments. You will be responsible for ensuring the visual consistency and positioning of our brand across all channels : campaigns, physical spaces and digital channels.

These will be your main areas of impact :

Creativity, branding and campaigns
  • Conceptualise and develop creative brand strategies
  • Design materials for campaigns and communications.
  • Ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all media and channels.
  • Overseeing the development and adaptation of creative content for online / offline campaigns.
Coordinating creative vendors
  • Briefing, coordinating and validating the work of graphic designers, audiovisual production companies and freelance creatives.
  • Establish a common language with artistic and technical profiles : concept, storytelling, visual rhythm, graphic resources, set design, etc.
Event production and branding
  • Participate in the conceptualisation and execution of corporate and client events.
  • Oversee the schedule, the brand experience in the space and the graphic or audiovisual production.
  • Understand the dynamics of a show caller and live timing.
In-house production and creative autonomy
  • Create and adapt pieces autonomously for internal communication, express actions or digital media.
  • Master tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere.
  • Support Social Media in creatives, newsletters (Mailchimp), content for Canva, video pieces or landing page design in CMS (such as Wordpress, Webflow or similar).
Corporate and personal branding for clients
  • Manage both corporate and client branding projects : visual kits, stand design, commercial materials.
  • Coordinate partner launches and actions that reinforce the client's personal brand.
  • Manage client branding requests, adapting messages, visual styles and solutions according to need and channel.
Qualifications
  • Training in Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in branding, advertising or visual communication positions. Preferably with a background in the advertising sector (agency).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Advertising and editorial copywriting skills.
  • Experience managing creative suppliers (agencies, designers, production companies).
  • Knowledge of digital tools : Mailchimp, Canva, web editing tools (Wordpress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of event production : running order, technical desk functions, timing, audiovisual and graphic coordination.
  • High level of Spanish and good understanding of professional English. A level test will be carried out. Other languages are highly valued.

  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • High attention to detail and impeccable finishes.
  • Ability to work in agile environments (sprint type).
  • Ability to communicate with diverse profiles (business, design, management, suppliers).
