Quince in Madrid is seeking a mid-level Brand Designer to drive day-to-day creative across campaigns, product launches, and core brand touchpoints. You will translate direction into polished assets for digital, marketing, and ecommerce, maintaining a premium, cohesive brand aesthetic.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale design output across Europe, update assets for UK/EU markets, ensure typography and visual hierarchy, and deliver production-ready files on tight deadlines.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in brand design.
• Strong video editing/motion graphic experience.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within brand systems and guidelines.
• A portfolio showing taste level and production capability.
• Understanding of main Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Support day-to-day creative execution across campaigns, product launches, and core brand touchpoints.
• Scale European design output to deliver high-quality creative quickly without overloading senior designers.
• Translate direction into clear, on-brand visual assets for digital, marketing, and ecommerce channels.
• Prepare production-ready files across image, video, and motion for multiple formats.
• Maintain typography, layout, and visual hierarchy with a premium brand aesthetic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution across ecommerce touchpoints.
• Communicate timelines, deliverables, and feedback clearly and promptly.
