TTI Europe in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Branch Product Support to collaborate with the Branch Product Manager and sales teams. You will research and obtain prices to support quotes and complete sales via our computer system.

You will provide backup to Branch Product Manager and Sales department, review booking reports for the correct process, and participate in TTI's Total Quality Process. This long-term role offers development opportunities and an international, people-first culture.

Formación

• Knowledge of product lines and company policies.

• Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.

Branch Product Support (m/f)

As a Branch Product Support you work in close cooperation with the Branch Product Manager and the sales team. Researching and obtain prices to provide them to your colleagues are also part of the daily business. You will also prepare quotes and complete sales via our computer system to support your branch.

Your responsibilities include:

• Review of bookingreports and insurance of the correct process
• Research and obtainment of pricing for the Branch Product Manager and the sales colleagues
• Provideback-up to the Branch Product Manager and Sales department
• Completion of sales orders and participation in TTI's Total Quality Process

What you bring to us:

• Working knowledge of product lines and services and company policies, procedures and computer system
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and ability to use the computer system proficiently
• Able to compute rate, ratios and percentages
