Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of a small branch/specialization, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services; develops and implements processes to enhance team performance, monitors resource utilization, and addresses operational challenges
• Coordinates process improvement programs and engagements and ensures smooth implementation
• Contributes to the development of financial, operational and resource plans
• Monitors and interprets KPIs and leads the development of plans to improve performance against KPIs
• Receives guidance from area or country manager to inform market strategy
• Contributes towards the annual operational planning processes in partnership with country sales, finance, and other related teams
• Builds and takes initiatives to deepen client relationships across all working levels and functions to support both recruitment and business development activities
