Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by SIAM Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Sheet Metal Worker in Seville to support base maintenance of Boeing 737-800s. Join a team of aviation professionals in a dynamic MRO environment and contribute to keeping a large fleet safe and airworthy.

The role requires experience in sheet metal work, familiarity with aviation materials, and basic drafting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position.
• Basic knowledge of materials used in aviation.
• Knowledge of technical drawing.
• Manual skills and precision, attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of English (written and oral).
• Willing to work in shift system.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Boeing 737-800 servicing for the Part-145 organization.
• Daily tasks including grinding, drilling, riveting, bending, spinning, and anti-corrosion protection.
• Operate bending machine, guillotine, drill or grinder as required.
• Work on the aircraft to implement suitable repair solutions per documentation.
• Support shift rotations and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and quality.
