Job summary

Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by SIAM Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance is seeking B1 Engineers for our Seville hangar. You will carry out base maintenance on Boeing 737 aircraft, supervise technicians, and ensure compliance with procedures, safety, and documentation standards.

Fluent English is essential; weekend/night shifts may be required. Unrestricted right to work in Spain/EU is a must. This is a full-time role with opportunities for promotion and hands-on career development.

Qualifications

• EASA B1 license with type rating endorsed for the 737 family.
• Competent aviation maintenance knowledge and English proficiency.
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks as allocated for the base maintenance program.
• Maintain high quality workmanship across tasks performed.
• Complete documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
• Supervise a team of Aircraft Mechanics in the hangar.
• Comply with company MOE, procedures, and safety policies.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment and adhere to HSE policy.
• Be flexible to adapt to a fast-changing maintenance environment.
