Job summary

Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by SIAM, Seville hangar, is seeking a B1 Engineer to join a leading MRO network servicing Boeing 737‑800 aircraft. You will work with highly skilled aviation professionals in a dynamic maintenance environment and contribute to keeping one of Europe’s largest fleets airworthy.

Responsibilities include carrying out maintenance tasks, supervising a team of aircraft mechanics, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining safety standards on site in Seville.

Qualifications

• EASA B1 license with a type rating, preferably Boeing 737-800/MAX.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Previous hangar experience is desirable.
• Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to work shifts – weekends and nights.
• Unrestricted right to work in Spain/EU.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks as required and allocated.
• Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks.
• Complete the appropriate documentation.
• Supervision of a team of Aircraft Mechanics.
• Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure the Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
• Any other duties as requested by the Check Supervisor/Management.
