Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and managing the execution of Channel Programs and KPIs to drive growth in partner activation (breadth), share of wallet, and repeat business (penetration) across HPE Block and other Data Storage segments.
• Maintain regular alignment with GEO Channel-facing teams to gather feedback, identify shared challenges, and adjust the global Channel Activation plan as needed to ensure optimal execution and partner engagement.
• Accountable for channel activation planning strategy and sales target achievement on a specific set of Storage offerings through sales execution on the company’s indirect business.
• Oversee local GEO execution of the global channel strategy.
• Collaborate closely with his peers in the Channel Data Services WW team to align efforts and collectively achieve the full indirect business targets.
• Coordinate a team that provides Channel Plan execution, Sales Programs management, Market Analysis - Forecasting & Reporting - Business Control through Education, Communication, and Sales Support.
• Lead interlocks and facilitates communication between the global channel organization and global business unit (GBU), global go-to-market (WW GTM), enablement and global marketing.
• Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
• Coordination with other global channel segments: Distribution, Solution Providers, System Integrators, Service Providers, Compute Channel, and Hybrid Solutions Channel.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies.
• Directs and controls channel sales management activities in global scale.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven success in designing, leading, and executing channel programs that effectively recruit, develop, and expand partner and distributor share of wallet.
• Strong experience in regional business development with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and align cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
• 12+ years working with the partner in Storage solutions selling in enterprise and commercial accounts.
• Leadership skills and cross‑functional expertise.
• Business planning skills, multidimensional with global key performance indicators definition.
• Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.
• IT industry knowledge.
• Knowledgeable of overall business and across functions and disciplines. Broad business knowledge of product marketing, sales support and selling.
• Directly related work results, including success in achieving progressively higher sales and sales support goals.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Viewed as expert in sales and/or category management support by company.

USD Annual Salary: $155,500.00 - $365,000.00

CAD Annual Salary: $143,000.00 - $265,000.00
