Formación

Responsabilidades

• Сбор бизнес-требований, дизайн функциональных KPI и валидация аналитических решений.
• Идентификация аналитических потребностей клиентов и перевод их в спецификации, user stories и процессы.
• Проектирование и аудиты бизнес-правил для ключевых метрик (EBITDA, маржа продаж, COGS).
• Анализ структур данных источников клиентов (POS/ERP) и руководство по стандартизации данных.
• Валидация дашбордов, моделей данных и AI-ответов перед продакшеном.

RockStar Data helps bars, restaurants, and nightlife groups understand their business through real data. It connects operational tools to a proprietary data warehouse and turns them into clear dashboards, real-time financial KPIs, and AI assistants for direct business-data interaction.

Задачи

• Lead business requirements gathering, functional KPI design, and analytical solution validation;
• Identify clients’ analytical needs and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process models;
• Design and audit business rules for key metrics, including EBITDA, sales margin, COGS, average ticket, labor productivity, and inventory;
• Analyze clients’ source-system data structures, including POS/TPV systems, accounting ERPs, and shift-management tools, and guide data standardization;
• Validate dashboards, data models, and AI chat responses before production deployment;
• Conduct discovery and follow-up sessions with clients and key stakeholders;
• Prioritize needs and refine the analytical backlog;
• Propose continuous improvements to dashboards, functional documentation, and client-to-technical-team workflows.

Требования

• 1–3 Years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or Business/BI Consulting;
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field;
• Strong understanding of P&L, operating margins, and business cost structures;
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau;
• Practical SQL knowledge for data exploration;
• Ability to structure complex problems and explain them clearly to technical profiles, owners, and operations directors;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Notion;
• Nice to have: experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or B2B SaaS;
• interest or applied experience in Generative AI and LLM integration into data workflows;
• knowledge of cloud data architecture, including BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
