Avantor is seeking a Biopharma Production Specialist to drive growth in Central & Southern Europe with current and new customers. The role focuses on building profitable partnerships within biopharma manufacturing, including monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and cell/gene therapies.

You will understand market needs, leverage Avantor’s portfolio and lead stakeholder engagement to deliver value, while traveling regularly across Europe to develop key accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Genetic Engineering, or another relevant life sciences discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related life sciences.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Business-fluent English.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with accounts by visiting customer sites within the assigned territory.
• Sell products and services to customers post-sale, focusing on ongoing satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Execute sales strategy, generate sales reports and identify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business in biopharma across Europe.
