3PBioViAn is seeking an AMD Biochemical Laboratory Technician to join the Analytical Methods Development Department. The role involves developing and transferring biochemical analytical methods, preparing protocols and reports, and ensuring compliance for analyzed batches.

We value experience with multiple analytical techniques (Western blot, SDS-PAGE, capillary electrophoresis, ELISA, qPCR) and a strong background in biopharmaceutical research.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related fields.
• Master's Degree in a related area is valuable.
• PhD related to the area is valuable.
• Advanced English level C1; placement test will be administered.
• Open to work in shifts.
• 3–4 years of experience in biopharmaceutical, biotech sector or research centers.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out development, implementation, qualification and transfer of biochemical analytical methods; design experiments and generate protocols, reports and presentations.
• Develop SOPs related to analytical methods and operation of the area.
• Prepare protocols and final reports of stability studies, degradation studies and reference material characterization.
• Manage stability studies, sample control, analysis times and execution of analytical runs.
• Ensure compliance and proper communication of results related to biochemical analytical activity for batches analyzed by the area.
• Participate in technical meetings and in proposing operational improvements.
