Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Bioanalytics Scientist to join the Bioanalytics, CMC Product Development area within the Scientific Innovation Office.

The successful candidate will initiate and coordinate analytical developments, validate methods, and ensure GMP-compliant execution of projects while collaborating cross-functionally. You will design and oversee laboratory studies, analyze data with statistical methods, and present results through reports and presentations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• A Master's and/or PhD in a relevant discipline is considered an advantage.
• At least 2 years of research experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with in vitro and/or in vivo studies is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; GraphPad Prism is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan, and oversee laboratory studies and experimental activities to ensure high-quality scientific outcomes.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, including statistical analysis, trend evaluation, and graphical data presentation.
• Prepare and present scientific results through clear technical reports, presentations, and cross-functional communications.
• Develop, optimize, and validate new laboratory methods in accordance with applicable scientific and regulatory standards.
• Conduct scientific literature reviews and bibliographic research to support project development and innovation.
• Ensure the stability, characterization, and analytical evaluation of biological products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Author study protocols, technical reports, and scientific documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with quality requirements.
