Arup Madrid is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM workflows across multidisciplinary infrastructure and building projects. The role requires ISO 19650 expertise, information management, and collaboration with project managers, design teams and clients to deliver efficient digital project delivery.

Formación

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in drafting, civil engineering design, building design or related discipline.
• Proven experience as BIM Manager, Lead BIM Coordinator or Information Manager on infrastructure/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 information management and BIM delivery processes.
• Experience developing and managing BIM Execution Plans, EIR responses and delivery strategies.
• Experience managing Common Data Environments and project information workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM implementation strategies across infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects across all phases.
• Review BIM requirements during bids, including EIRs, BEPs, and BIM assessment docs.
• Organise BIM kick-offs, workshops and design reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage model federation, clash detection and audits for compliance.
• Coordinate BIM activities across Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and project teams on standards and templates.
• Engage with clients on BIM strategy and information management processes.
