Jcyl.Es - Jobboard in Madrid is seeking French-native speakers to join our market research team at the Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation in studies.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to maximize participation, and assist with translations, documentation and mailings as needed.

Fluent French required; good English for trainings and meetings; strong attention to detail, organization, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
