Formación

  • Essential experience in sales and customer service is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are critical.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

  • Receive and register incoming customer calls professionally.
  • Match customer requirements with available technical resources.
  • Order spare parts for customers and manage local stock efficiently.
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with clients for risk-prevention documentation.
  • Use SAP for purchasing requisitions when necessary.

Conocimientos

Sales and customer service experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Native Spanish and fluent in English
Complaint resolution experience
Strong organisation and administrative abilities
Strong IT skills (SAP, Salesforce, Office365)
Attention to detail and accuracy
