Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of complex training programs for our manufacturing and operations teams. You will partner with stakeholders to define outcomes, create engaging learning experiences, and measure impact across programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Education or related field, 6 years of adult learning experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design or related field.
6 years of adult learning experience, including designing courses and utilizing various delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Lead, design, and develop complex instructional activities using diverse media to meet learning objectives.
Consult with internal stakeholders to develop end-to-end training strategies and define success metrics.
Develop evaluation criteria and align measurement approaches to program outcomes.
Conduct job, task, and performance analysis to craft training objectives.
Interact with learners and stakeholders to test and validate instructional design and development.
Provide coaching and consulting on the instructional design process, deliverables, and outcomes.
Oversee contractors or vendors to develop and translate training programs.
