Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role within a corporate environment.
• Preferably experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Familiarity with in-house processes and collaborative team structures.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide new hires with onboarding information.
