Domestiko.Com is recruiting for a Madrid Production Hub to join a multilingual patient/doctor engagement program. The role focuses on recruiting doctors for market research studies and maintaining high participation through phone and email outreach.

Ideal candidates are French native speakers with good English, excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational abilities, and analytical skills. Prior experience with multinational companies is a plus.

Formación

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure expected participation rates among assigned doctors using various communication channels and arguments.
