GMV Spain is seeking a Big Data Engineer focused on cybersecurity and anti-fraud to join our Data & Analytics team in Spain. You will design, develop and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines, integrate data from SIEM platforms, build data models and contribute to ongoing analytics improvements in financial sector projects. The role combines data engineering with cybersecurity knowledge in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Data engineers with background in data engineering, analytics, cybersecurity and fraud prevention.
• Experience with SQL and database technologies.
• Experience in batch and streaming data processing.
• Familiarity with Airflow, TWS and ODI.
• Familiarity with XSOAR and XSIAM.
• Experience in cybersecurity and fraud prevention environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop data engineering solutions for fraud prevention and risk detection.
• Design, develop and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will develop data engineering solutions focused on fraud prevention and risk detection within the financial sector, contributing to the evolution of a well-established Data & Analytics and Cybersecurity service. You will design, develop and maintain batch and real-time streaming data processes, integrate data from SIEM platforms, build data models, participate in migration and deployment activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics solutions.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

• We are looking for Data Engineers with a background and interest in data engineering, data analytics, cybersecurity and fraud prevention. We will also value previous experience and knowledge in:
• SQL and database technologies.
• Batch and streaming data processing.
• Airflow, TWS and ODI.
• XSOAR and XSIAM.
• Cybersecurity and fraud prevention environments.

Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be considered a plus:

• Data governance and data quality practices.
• Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Cloud certifications.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP.
• Fraud prevention certifications such as ACFE.
