GMV Spain is seeking a Data Analyst to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities in the financial sector through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. You will explore security alerts, analyze SIEM data, and identify patterns to detect anomalies and prevent fraud.

Formación

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will develop a data analytics project focused on threat detection and fraud prevention, helping a leading financial institution strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities through advanced data analysis and monitoring. You will investigate security alerts and events, analyse data from SIEM platforms, identify patterns and anomalies, define monitoring controls and thresholds, design data models, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical solutions.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for Data Analysts with a background and interest in data analytics, cybersecurity, threat detection and fraud prevention.

We will also value previous experience and knowledge in SQL, databases, Google Cloud Platform, reporting and dashboarding tools such as Qlik Sense, as well as cybersecurity and fraud prevention environments. Knowledge of the financial sector, data governance and data quality, Data Science, Machine Learning, threat classification frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, cloud certifications, cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP), fraud prevention certifications (e.g. ACFE), Agile methodologies and Catalan (B2 level) will be considered a plus.
