SuanNutra is building a dedicated BI team in Madrid to own its BI data layer, architecture and reporting platform. As BI Data Architect, you will serve as the technical owner of the data layer, collaborating with Finance, Commercial and Operations across a multi-site international group.

You will design the data model, implement ETL/ELT processes, govern data quality and security, and drive platform optimization with a focus on Qlik Sense and QlikView.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in BI engineering, data architecture, or senior BI roles.
• Expertise with Qlik Sense; QlikView experience is highly valuable.
• Strong knowledge of QVD design, load scripting, dimensional modelling, SQL and ETL/ELT patterns.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with ERP/CRM/finance systems.
• Understanding of data governance, security, release management and platform administration.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to business and IT stakeholders.
• Professional English; Spanish skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain and evolve the core BI data model, including QVD architecture, schemas and load scripts.
• Build and own ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations with ERP, CRM/Salesforce, finance, HR and other enterprise systems.
• Establish practical data governance standards covering data quality, naming conventions, ownership, lineage and documentation.
• Design and maintain the security model, including Section Access and row-level security.
• Own the BI environment management, version control, release management, platform capacity, licensing and the upgrade roadmap.
• Partner with the BI Developer on solution design, code review, performance optimisation and knowledge sharing.
• Lead the technical knowledge transfer from the current external BI provider and reduce structural dependency on third parties.
