Criteo is offering a BI Analyst Intern position in Barcelona. You will join the Global Reporting Team to design, build, and maintain performance reports across sales, business, and finance domains.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and hands-on reporting with SQL and BI tools. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver automated reporting solutions, develop dashboards, and contribute to data quality and process documentation.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a quantitative degree (e.g., Data Science, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work independently and with teams.
• Solid SQL skills and data manipulation with Excel.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data modeling.

What You’ll Do:

The Global Reporting Team (GRT) at Criteo is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a portfolio of performance reports across sales, business, and finance domains. As a BI Analyst Intern, you’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your contributions will directly impact decision-making across the company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to deepen your technical skills while gaining exposure to a wide range of business functions. You’ll collaborate with experienced analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, automated reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical reporting requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Perform data validation, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy across reporting layers.
• Automate recurring reporting processes using scripts or workflow tools.
• Document processes, create user guides, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics).

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, and technology.
• Technical skills required: SQL (ability to write complex queries, perform joins, etc), Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data manipulation), understanding of ETL processes and data modeling concepts.
• Bonus skills: BI Tools (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms), familiarity with cloud data platforms, basic Python for data analysis or automation.
