Formación

  • At least 3 years of work experience in an analyst role.

Your Profile
  • At least 3 years of work experience in an analyst role.
  • Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations).
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualisation tools (we use Tableau).
  • Advanced knowledge of data pipeline configuration.
  • Experience in BI within fintech, banking, or a similar data-heavy environment.
  • Advanced English level.
Would be a plus:
  • Experience of working with DBT and Airflow for data pipelines
  • Experience in risk, compliance, anti-fraud fields and/or business-finance logic.

About The Role

We are on a mission to continuously improve our products, identify and solve user problems and introduce new features to make financial management more straightforward and more rewarding.

As a BI Analyst in the Finance Team at Vivid, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services.

You will contribute to the analysis of regulatory requirements related to customer reporting (individuals, freelancers, SMEs) and help adapt existing regulatory reports accordingly. This includes understanding how regulatory changes may affect reporting logic and assisting in implementing necessary updates together with Finance and Compliance teams.

Your Mission
  • Build, maintain, and improve a system of automated financial and regulatory reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Translate new regulator requirements into data queries and templates for reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across countries to meet Finance and Compliance needs.
  • Work closely with Finance as the main stakeholder to automate recurring reports, maintain existing templates, and reduce manual work in periodic submissions.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding and Data teams to ensure the right data fields are collected at the entry point and that pipelines are aligned with reporting needs.
  • Support internal financial analytics (P&L, ad-hoc finance tasks) during non-peak reporting periods.
