Quintas Advisory, the advisory division of Quintas Group, seeks experienced energy advisory professionals in Seville, Spain. You will lead technical advisory assignments for renewable assets, perform rigorous due diligence on PV and BESS projects, and provide clear client-facing recommendations across design, operations and compliance.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Italian a strong plus. The role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and international clients,

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with BESS projects; PV experience is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of BESS systems (architecture, EMS/BMS, degradation, warranties).
• Experience reviewing technical/contractual documentation (EPC, warranties, O&M).
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with energy modelling tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver technical advisory assignments with high-quality outputs.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Perform technical due diligence on PV, BESS, and hybrid projects; assess design quality and risks.
• Review third-party designs and identify optimisation opportunities and gaps.
• Contribute to safety, compliance and long-term operational evaluations; support financial modelling.
