Quintas Advisory, the advisory division of Quintas Group, seeks a technical advisory professional with 3+ years of experience in BESS projects and PV. You will lead technical assignments, review designs, and assess grid connections, regulations, and safety standards.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external partners is essential. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Italian as a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with BESS projects.
• Solid understanding of BESS architecture, EMS/BMS, degradation, warranties.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, warranties and O&M agreements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with energy modelling tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver technical advisory assignments for renewable asset projects.
• Perform technical due diligence on PV, BESS and hybrid projects; review third‑party designs.
• Assess grid connection requirements, grid code compliance and regulatory constraints.
• Contribute to safety, compliance reviews and financial modelling assumptions.
• Support business development and coordinate with clients, OEMs and internal teams.
