Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support autonomous vehicle projects in Barcelona. You will monitor vehicles, collect real-world data, and ensure safety and data integrity during tests.

The role involves real-time observations, logging anomalies with dedicated software, and collaborating with engineering teams across diverse environments. Shifts include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Formación

• Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance
• Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools
• Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience
• Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios
• Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards
• Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
