Job summary

HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL en Barcelona busca un/a Barista a tiempo completo y en sitio para unirse a un equipo dinámico. Serás la cara amigable detrás de la barra, preparando bebidas desde espresso hasta cócteles y colaborando estrechamente con el equipo para mantener un servicio excelente.

La posición es en sitio con contrato indefinido, orientada a crecimiento profesional y aprendizaje continuo en un entorno multinacional.

Qualifications

• Se requiere actitud orientada al cliente y actitud acogedora.
• Habilidades de comunicación y relación con las personas.
• Capacidad para mantener la calma en momentos de alta afluencia.
• Inglés y español a nivel conversacional.

Responsibilities

• Elaborar y servir bebidas de alta calidad, desde espresso hasta smoothies y bebidas especiales.
• Brindar un servicio cálido y profesional a cada cliente.
• Colaborar en tareas de bar y restaurante durante momentos de mayor actividad.
• Mantener el puesto de bar ordenado, abastecido y funcionando durante la jornada.
• Responder preguntas de los huéspedes con confianza y conocer nuestro menú y espacios.
• Operar y cuidar equipos de café y bebidas como un profesional.
• Apoyar eventos cuando sea necesario, ayudando con la instalación y el servicio.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo para mantener la operación fluida.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and serve high-quality beverages, from espresso to smoothies to specialty drinks
• Bring warm, professional service to every guest who walks in
• Jump in with restaurant and bar tasks during busy moments
• Keep the bar tidy, stocked and running smoothly throughout the day
• Handle guest questions with confidence and share your knowledge of our menu and spaces
• Operate and care for coffee and drink equipment like a pro
• Support events when needed, helping with setup and service
• Work closely with your team to keep the entire operation flowing

Requisitos

• You bring a guest-first mindset and a genuinely welcoming vibe
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage your time well and stay calm when things get lively
• You speak English and Spanish at a conversational level
• You bring curiosity to learn, improve and support your teammates
• You’re comfortable jumping between tasks, from drinks to service to event support
