The Social Hub in Barcelona is seeking a friendly and skilled bar/restaurant associate to craft beverages from espresso to specialty drinks and provide warm, professional service from open to close.

You will join a lively, multinational team with opportunities to grow and participate in events, while learning about a dynamic hybrid hospitality concept across Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and serve high-quality beverages, from espresso to smoothies to specialty drinks
• Bring warm, professional service to every guest who walks in
• Jump in with restaurant and bar tasks during busy moments
• Keep the bar tidy, stocked and running smoothly throughout the day
• Handle guest questions with confidence and share your knowledge of our menu and spaces
• Operateand care for coffee and drink equipment like a pro
• Support events when needed, helping with setup and service
• Work closely with your team to keep the entire operation flowing
