Job summary

Social Point in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Social Media Community Manager Intern to help manage and engage our game communities across Discord and social channels. You will work closely with the Social Media and Community Manager and take ownership of day-to-day tasks, content publishing, and listening to players across platforms.

You will support the social content calendar, moderate discussions, and help identify trends while ensuring a welcoming environment for players worldwide.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Digital Media.
• A university internship agreement (prácticas) is required.
• Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience moderating online communities is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Discord communities across game channels.
• Publish content and monitor activity; report server metrics.
• Support social media content calendar across platforms.
• Engage with players and identify trends.
