Job summary

Join Zynga in Barcelona as a Community Manager Intern to help manage and engage our game communities across Discord and social media. You will work under the Social Media and Community Manager, taking ownership of real tasks from day one, including running Discord operations, content publishing, and listening to player feedback.

The role suits someone who loves games, follows social trends, and has strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Discord as a user.
• Strong communication skills and a good eye for content.
• Genuine interest in social media and trends.
• Experience as a moderator in gaming or online communities is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On Discord: be the main point of contact with moderators, manage day-to-day operations, publish content, monitor activity, report on server activity, and suggest improvements.
• On Social media: own content calendar, schedule and publish posts across channels.
• Community listening: engage with players, flag issues, and identify trends.
• Stay sharp: keep up with platform changes and competitor activity, propose new ideas.
