Huspy in Madrid/Dubai is seeking a Senior Engineer to help develop our Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal. You will work with product leaders and designers, owning key technical deliverables in a collaborative, innovative environment.

You will implement with Kotlin/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and AWS, while partnering with Product, Design, and Data teams to raise engineering standards and deliver scalable solutions.

Formación

• Senior engineering experience building high‑quality products and solving complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver client‑focused products.
• Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster an inclusive, engaging team environment.

Qualifications

Work Setup

Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, remote anywhere in the EU. Or we offer relocation support to Dubai or Madrid, if preferred.
