Formación

• 3+ years of backend development experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with solid experience in FastAPI and/or Django.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with messaging/queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of or experience with healthcare integrations using HL7.
• Professional-level English.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices in Python using FastAPI, Django, and Typer.
• Implement and integrate solutions with healthcare systems using HL7 standards and integration engines such as Mirth Connect.
• Manage and optimize relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Implement messaging and asynchronous processing systems using RabbitMQ or Redis.
• Administer and deploy services in Linux environments.
• Containerize applications and manage environments using Docker.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing, sound architectural practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data, and international partners).

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with solid experience in FastAPI and/or Django.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with messaging/queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Redis.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerized environments.

• Professional‑level English (ability to work with technical documentation and international partners).
