Betsson Group in Málaga is looking for a Backend Engineering Team Lead to guide a talented development team delivering next-generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.

You will drive delivery, mentor engineers, and foster a collaborative culture while hands-on coding as needed. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience managing teams of software engineers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Agile mindset with business goals orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of developers and promote a healthy team culture.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and 1-to-1 meetings.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders.
• Understand and implement business requirements in delivery.
• Develop software using modern practices and principles.
• Contribute to architecture and solution design decisions.

As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance.

As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture.

You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next-generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.
