Job summary

Randstad Digital España ищет Mid Backend Engineer для проектирования и реализации функций на Java/Kotlin в высокодоступной среде. Вы будете работать с стеком: Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ и AWS.

Задачи включают технический дизайн, автономную развёртку, тестирование (TDD/BDD) и снижение technical debt. Гибридная модель: 1–2 дня удалённо в неделю, офисы в Барселоне и Ибице; опыт работы с облаками обязателен.

Qualifications

• Требуется ≥3 лет опыта разработки на Java/Kotlin.
• Знание Spring Framework, Spring Boot и Hibernate/JPA.
• Опыт работы с MySQL, PostgreSQL и Redis.
• Проектирование REST API и асинхронной/событийно-ориентированной архитектуры (RabbitMQ).
• Опыт применения Clean Code, SOLID, PR-ревью и CI/CD.
• Мониторинг и структурированная логирование (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Свободное знание испанского и профессиональный английский.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и автономная развёртывание функций.
• Оптимизация платформы, обрабатывающей тысячи бронирований ежедневно.
• Ввод в эксплуатацию и тестирование (TDD/BDD).
• Интеграция Claude Code и GitHub Copilot в повседневную работу.

As a Mid Backend Engineer, you will design and implement features end to end with increasing autonomy. You will work in a real high-availability environment with our stack: Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ and AWS.

Technical design and autonomous deployment of features. Optimize a platform that processes thousands of bookings daily. Lead advanced testing initiatives (TDD, BDD) and reduce technical debt. Integrate Claude Code and GitHub Copilot into your day-to-day work.

Требования:

+3 years of experience developing with Java/Kotlin. Proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA. Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL and Redis. Design of REST APIs and asynchronous/event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ or similar). Regular use of Clean Code, SOLID, Pull Requests and CI/CD pipelines. Monitoring and structured logging (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English. Будет плюсом: Experience with Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch or integrating systems with AI (MCP); Previous experience in the hotel industry (PMS or booking platforms)
