Accessiway is seeking a Backend Developer (Mid / Senior) to design and build scalable backend systems that power digital accessibility worldwide. You will work in a hybrid setup with remote work and on-site presence in Turin, Italy, contributing to Lambda, ECS, REST APIs, and data storage strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Node.js experience, fluent TypeScript, strong AWS knowledge, and a passion for robust architectures.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend experience shipping production-ready Node.js services.
• Fluent TypeScript (server-side) for clean, well-typed async code.
• Hands-on AWS expertise with Lambda, SQS/SNS, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB.
• Strong PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization and performance tuning.
• Comfort with complex engineering challenges and an ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services using Lambda, ECS-hosted services, and REST APIs behind API Gateway in TypeScript.
• Design asynchronous event-driven workflows with SNS/SQS for audits, notifications and integrations.
• Manage Docker containers and ECS/ECR deployments, including task definitions and image lifecycles.
