Gi Group is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub on a full-time basis. You will recruit doctors and follow up on their participation for market research studies and build engagement with healthcare professionals.

This role requires excellent communication, sharp attention to detail, and strong organizational skills in a multinational environment. English proficiency is needed for trainings and internal communications, and translation or documentation tasks may be

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is a plus.
• Translation and documentation tasks may be required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve participation.
• Ensure participation rates among your pool of doctors using multiple channels and arguments.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages may be required.

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
