Job summary

Tienda De Moda Con Presencia En Todas Las Ciudades Importantes De España is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies and manage their participation through calls and follow-ups, ensuring high engagement and accurate data collection.

You will engage with doctors via telephone and email, coordinate translations when necessary, and contribute to documentation and communications across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional telephone and email communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational environments is an advantage.
• Duties include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and monitor their participation; engage doctors for market studies.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates across your assigned doctors using multiple channels and arguments.

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
