Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid mix of office and remote days)
EU Passport required
Languages: One of Spanish / French / German / Dutch (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad

What You'll Be Doing:

Identify and engage potential B2B clients through outreach and networking

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Present tailored solutions to meet client business needs

Negotiate and close sales agreements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction

Track activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
