• 5+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Performance Marketing in B2B.
• Proven track record in building and executing growth experiments with measurable results.
• Highly data-driven, comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, retention and monetisation.
• Own and optimise Zoho CRM to meet commercial, reporting and automation needs.
• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools.
