Confidential employer in Mallorca seeks a dynamic B2B Field Sales Representative based in Palma to cover island-wide travel. You will build strong relationships with local companies, close deals, and onboard new clients while maintaining excellent CRM records.

The role requires fluency in Spanish, English, and German, a valid driving licence, and strong organizational skills to manage appointments and travel efficiently. A permanent contract and commission structure are offered.

Are you an active sales professional looking for a dynamic role across Mallorca? A leading IT, new technologies, and telecommunications company is looking for a dedicated B2B Field Sales Representative based in Palma with travel across the island. In this role, you will be on the move, building strong business relationships and driving direct growth with local companies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting B2B field sales, customer consulting, and deal closings.
• Registering and onboarding new clients while managing ongoing customer care.
• Planning and managing client visit routes efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating customer records accurately in the CRM system.

To be successful in this position, you should bring:

• Fluency in Spanish, English, and German (all three languages are essential).
• A valid Category B driving licence and your own vehicle for island-wide travel.
• Proven commercial skills with a focus on closing sales and advising business clients.
• Great organizational abilities to manage schedules and client appointments independently.

What is offered:

• A permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido).
• A schedule from Monday to Friday, adapted according to customer appointments.
• A gross annual salary of 17,099 EUR plus professional expenses.
• Variable payroll commission: 3% on initial sales and 1% on contract renewals, governed by the offices and consulting collective agreement (Convenio de Oficinas y Despachos).
