Job summary

MT Group is seeking an experienced B2B e-commerce manager to run the Shopify Plus shop, handle pricing, orders and catalog, and resolve SAP integration incidents. You will execute promotions, support pre-orders, and ensure data quality with the PIM while assisting the sales team and marketplace operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce management.
• Proficiency with Excel for data uploads, cross-referencing and analysis.
• Ability to diagnose cross-system issues and document them clearly.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the B2B Shopify Plus shop: catalogue, pricing, customers, orders, configuration.
• Resolve and track B2B incidents, including SAP integration.
• Prepare and launch B2B promotions and campaigns.
• Support pre-order system in Q2 2027.
• Maintain product data quality with the PIM.
• Support sales and business customers on the platform.
• Support operations on marketplaces like Amazon.
