Carazo Enterprise SL is seeking a hands-on technical strategist to own Shopify, HubSpot, and related integrations. You will manage configurations, automate workflows, and coordinate external partners for complex tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify experience (3+ years) with live stores.
• Experience integrating Shopify with CRM/ERP or third-party systems; able to explain an integration step-by-step.
• Strong technical fluency: read/edit Liquid and JSON; understand metafields and Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong project and vendor management: write specs, gather estimates, coordinate external developers or agencies.
• Bulk catalogue operations using Matrixify or CSV is a plus.
• English at least B2+ with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own Shopify, HubSpot, and integrations between them; coordinate external resources.
• Configure and maintain Shopify store including products, prices, collections, and metafields.
• Manage Shopify apps, checkout settings, and regulated product rules.
• Maintain and adjust Shopify-HubSpot integration; ensure synchronization of customers, companies, and orders.
• Maintain HubSpot pipelines, properties, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs; assess whether tasks can be done internally or require external providers.
• Oversee external vendors, obtain estimates, plan timelines, track scope and budgets.
• Document configurations, access rights, and system handovers; verify delivered work before go-live.
