Gameloft Barcelona is seeking a Senior Digital Innovation & Product Strategy professional to bridge strategic ambition with digital execution for a major toy-to-digital Kinder project. You will identify opportunities and translate them into viable features that bring physical toys to life in digital form.

You will collaborate with UX, Tech and Production teams, define MVP scopes, frameworks, budgets, and KPIs, and present concepts to clients to strengthen trust and drive ongoing innovation.

Formación

• 4+ years in Digital Innovation, Product Strategy or digital agency settings.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and pre-sales structures.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams and international brands.
• English fluency to present ideas clearly and impactfully.

Responsabilidades

• Identify digital opportunities and translate them into high-impact features.
• Structure concepts into value propositions, scopes, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Define MVPs and validation frameworks for pre-production.
• Coordinate prototypes with UX, Tech, and Production teams.
• Define success metrics with Data teams and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Lead workshops and align goals with production constraints.
• Present future evolutions to strengthen client trust.
