Job summary

Fever España is looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM expert to build Fever's B2B data model, forms, and automated workflows connected to Salesforce and HubSpot within Fever's CRM ecosystem.

You will lead data quality, integrations, and lifecycle workflows while collaborating with Marketing & Growth, Operations, Data and Product teams to drive global impact. Hybrid Madrid office support is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing automation, CRM or marketing operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, lead scoring) or solid Salesforce knowledge.
• Proven data migrations and integrations with engineering, data teams and marketing operations.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, B2B privacy rules and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Build Fever's B2B data model and its sync with the CRM tech stack.
• Ensure best practices in data quality, integrations, and legal requirements.
• Build lead lifecycle, scoring, routing and SLAs with marketing and sales.
• Create marketing nurturing workflows and re-engagement workflows; manage users and permissions.
• Work closely with the Operations team on processes, data flows and systems connecting B2B tools integration with Marketing, Data and Product.
• Promote the integration of AI solutions into the CRM ecosystem by exploring new use cases and driving innovation initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between B2B CRM and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role

Build Fever's B2B marketing automation from the ground up: one compliant database, the forms that feed it, and the nurturing and workflows that turn contacts into qualified leads and opportunities, connected to Salesforce and consistent with the Fever CRM ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design the B2B data model and its sync with the CRM tech stack.
• Ensure best practices in data quality, integrations, and legal requirements.
• Build lead lifecycle, scoring, routing and SLAs with marketing and sales.
• Create marketing nurturing workflows and re-engagement workflows; manage users and permissions.
• Work closely with the Operations team on processes, data flows and systems connecting the B2B tools integration with Marketing, Data and Product.
• Promote the integration of AI solutions into the CRM ecosystem by exploring new use cases and driving innovation initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between B2B CRM and cross-functional stakeholders.

Who you are

• 5+ years in marketing automation, CRM or marketing operations, with at least one B2B setup built from scratch.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, lead scoring, lists and its Salesforce integration) or solid Salesforce knowledge.
• Proven data migrations and integrations, working with engineering, data teams and marketing operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, B2B privacy rules and consent management.
• You have an Engineering bachelor's .
• Advanced English level; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.
