Job summary

Capitole Consulting seeks an Azure IT Support Specialist to join an international environment supporting critical data and analytics services across Azure. The role combines Incident Management, Azure Operations and support of Data & Analytics platforms, working closely with business users and technical teams.

You will act as the main point of contact for incidents and service requests, monitor and troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate with L2 and external vendors, and perform root cause

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Service Desk, Service Operations or Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience supporting cloud-based services and working with ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk or Remedy.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1).

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for incidents and service requests.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with L2 support teams and external vendors when required.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor service availability, performance and capacity.
• Create reports and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.
