A global fashion group based in Madrid is seeking a Retail HRBP to enhance employee experience and align HR strategies with business goals. This role focuses on labor relations and requires at least 3 years of experience in HRBP or a related field, with strong English and Microsoft Office skills. As a Retail HRBP, you will be responsible for delivering a first‑class employee experience by being people‑centric and empowering our Retail talent, thus helping the business increase both its profitability and brand equity. You will work collaboratively with Retail leaders to align HR strategies with the company's goals, ensuring that people practices drive overall success. This role involves a strong focus in Labor Relations.
