TD SYNNEX is seeking a Product Manager to lead research, design, and validation of AWS Marketplace integrations within our cloud platforms. You will work with engineering, security, and business teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and prepare initiatives for Platform Product Managers.

The role demands 3+ years in SaaS/cloud PM/TPM, strong AWS/API knowledge, and experience driving early-stage discovery and cross-functional collaboration. Remote or hybrid options may be available.

Formación

• 3+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience within SaaS or cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, APIs, and SaaS integration models.
• Proven experience leading R&D or early-stage product discovery initiatives.
• Experience working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, particularly in finance, tax, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud architecture, MCP servers, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Manage risk and compliance with AWS Marketplace and internal standards.
• Deliver documentation including validated requirements and architecture diagrams for handoff.
• Support implementation during early development, AWS certification, and go-to-market activities.

About The Role

As part of the global ISV & Marketplace Center of Excellence, you will lead the research, design, and validation of AWS Marketplace integrations with TD SYNNEX cloud platforms. Working closely with engineering, security, and business teams, you'll define product requirements, validate technical solutions, build proof of concepts, and prepare initiatives for successful implementation by Platform Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Help define Strategy & Scope: Shape the integration vision, objectives, and success criteria aligned with business and platform goals.
• Assess Feasibility: Conduct technical and business feasibility studies, evaluating AWS integration models (SaaS, AMI, Container, etc.) and identifying dependencies, risks, and scalability needs.
• Develop and Validate Requirements: Translate business goals into structured functional and technical specifications, covering API design, authentication, and data flow.
• Lead Prototyping Efforts: Help build proofs of concept to validate assumptions, refine architecture, and de-risk development.
• Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Platform PMs, Engineering, and AWS partners to align on architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage Risk & Compliance: Identify technical and operational risks and ensure adherence to AWS Marketplace and internal compliance standards.
• Deliver Documentation: Produce clear, comprehensive deliverables, including validated requirements, architecture diagrams, and PoC findings, for handoff to Platform Product Managers.
• Support Implementation: Provide advisory support during early development, AWS certification, and go-to-market activities following the handoff.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience within SaaS or cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, APIs, and SaaS integration models.
• Proven experience leading R&D or early-stage product discovery initiatives.
• Experience working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, particularly in finance, tax, and compliance.

Preferred

• Experience with AWS Marketplace operations, billing, or entitlement integrations.
