Airbus Defence and Space in Sevilla is seeking a professional for the MRO/Retrofit Process Leader role. You will ensure smooth information transfer across shifts, manage deviations, and lead planning and coordination within a busy aerospace workshop.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with strong collaboration across engineering, production control and quality to achieve targets. A background in aeronautics and solid English/Spanish skills are required.

Formación

• Aeronautical engineering degree or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge in maintenance environment.
• Strong problem solving.
• Proactive, organized and structured.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure no gaps of information between shifts and maintain information transfer.
• Manage the deviations and monitor KPIs to prevent major risks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and quality targets within time and cost constraints.
• Develop and organise training to develop blue-collar skills and team competencies.
• Unblock issues to achieve daily/weekly plans and scheduling.
• Coordinate short-term planning for the function and readiness of tasks.
• Prepare next day/week tasks, allocate people/tools, and ensure aircraft conditions are ready.
