Job summary
Airbus Defence and Space SAU seeks a System Design Engineer for the Audio-Communication Department. You will lead integration of audio communication and COMSEC systems for ADS platforms, define requirements, MBSE models, and support certification and publication processes.
You will collaborate across services, production, and procurement, and stay abreast of ICAO, FAA, and EASA regulations. The role involves design reviews, test preparation, and verification across lab, ground, and flight
Qualifications
- Aeronautical/Industrial/Telecommunications Engineering Degree/PhD.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration, verification and validation of Audio-Communication systems for ADS Platforms (Airbus Derivatives).
- Prepare test requirements for Lab, Ground and Flight tests.
- Release test analyses and correlation reports after tests.
- Support design reviews with internal, supplier and customer milestones.
- Assist certification and qualification processes.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO, FAA, EASA, EUROCONTROL regulations.
