Job summary

Domestiko.Com is seeking an enthusiastic team member for our Madrid Production Hub to recruit doctors and engage them in market research studies. You will call doctors to invite participation and manage follow-up to maximize response rates.

The role requires a French native speaker with strong English skills, sharp attention to detail, and professional telephone and email communication. Experience with multinational settings is a plus.

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
